1. Where can I get the user manual?
After opening the package, you will see two user manuals about this e-bike.
2. Do I need to assemble my ebike? How do I assemble this E-Bike?
Yes, The ebike come is 85% assembled. The front wheel, pedals, saddle, rear rack and handlebar require assembly. The assembly is very easy. You could check our assembly manual to assemble your ebike.
3. What is the maximum rider weight?
The maximum recommended rider weight should be around 150kg.
4. Does this electric bike support Bluetooth connection and APP control?
Yes, Our ebike supports both, you could remotely control the ebike by the APP.
5. Is the battery removable?
Yes. The battery is removable and lets you charge anywhere.
6. Does the e-bike come with a charger?
Yes, the charger is included.
7. What is the recommended height of riders?
The recommended height for the riders is from 5.25ft to 6.56ft.
8. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
About 4-6hours to fully charge, can ride 30-50km on each charge.
9. If the bike have some quality problems, how to deal with it?

10. Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?
Pls note, all of the electric components, including the battery pack, are water-resistant but not waterproof. Riding on a drizzling day for a short while is acceptable. We strongly recommend keeping it indoors during rains or severe weather conditions.
11. Where is the bike shipped from? And when can I get the bike after I place the order?
The ebike was shipped from the local UK Warehouses, it will take 2-5 working days to ship. But some accessories (Battery Keys, Rear Rack, Saddle, Pedals, Tools, LCD Screen) will be sent to you from China, it will take 10-20 days
