Warranty
Warranty and Guarantee Policy
We provide the following warranty coverage for all e-bikes sold. Defects not caused by human damage during the warranty period will be addressed with free replacement parts.
After the warranty expires, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees. All our e-bikes are brand new and equipped with original factory components.
Rest assured, separately purchased accessories are sold at cost price to assist with quick issue resolution. These accessories are not covered under warranty except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases.
Important Note: Warranties do not apply to second-hand or modified e-bikes.

Conditions Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage due to failure to follow instructions in the User Manual regarding use, maintenance, or adjustment.
- Issues caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or improper use, storage, or accidents.
- Minor scratches or outer packaging damage during shipping or handling of accessories.
- Consumable parts such as tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, rotors, pads, cables, and surface scratches.
- Returns shipped without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded. Costs from repairs performed at unauthorized service centers without prior approval.
How to Claim Warranty
Step1. Document: Take a clear photo or short video clearly showing the issue.
Step2. Contact: Email the media along with a description of the problem, your order number, and purchase platform to: service@yocles.com.
Step3. Review: We will evaluate the issue. If clear, a solution will be provided promptly.
Step4. Diagnose: If further investigation is needed, we will guide you through diagnostic steps and share corresponding photos or videos. Once received, we will offer a resolution.
Step5. Resolve: After verifying your order and address, we will ship the necessary replacement parts.
