Refund policy

● Return: Accepting returns of defective and non defective products within 30 days. The product remains in its original packaging unopened or has never been used. The return shipping cost/return label caused by non quality issues shall be borne by the customer.
● Exchange: Accept exchange within 30 days. The product remains in its original packaging unopened or has never been used. The return shipping cost/return label caused by non quality issues shall be borne by the customer.
● Restocking fee: 10% (percentage of product price).
2. How to Apply for a Return/Exchange
Please follow these steps to start a return or exchange:
● Contact the Customer Service: Provide your order number and details of your request. For quality issues, include photos/videos of the defect to confirm eligibility.
● Ship the Product Back: Send the product (in its original state/packaging) to the provided address and provide a logistics tracking number.
● Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange according to the returned product status.
