1. Order Processing


Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all e-bikes —no hidden fees, taxes, or duties. 

The accessories will be arranged for shipment from China, a shipping fee of £ 8 will be charged.

3. Delivery Timeline

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.

During peak seasons or holidays, tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to appear. If your tracking information hasn't updated after this period, our customer service team is ready to investigate and will get back to you within 48 business hours.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipments can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at service@yocles.com. We'll contact the carrier immediately and work to resolve the situation.
